The boy is back!!

Sorry for the very long hiatus. Baby boy turned two and I couldn't keep up with him. I will try to be better about blogging because I had many complaints coming from California and Alaska!! The summer has been packed with lots of pool time and a birthday party a trip to AK and even a tiny triathlon where Bex was the youngest competitor. Here are some pics of the growing boy (90% in height, 80% in weight).

Home-owners

It is official. We are home-owners!! I know that some of you have seen the pics already but I will post some of them below just in case. We are trying to get the movers booked for Friday May 17th and then we will have Auntie Mary visiting and then my mom and sister shortly after that!! Mostly we are just excited that it has been beautiful outside and that I can finally see the end of the semester in my future.

Too cool for school

Bex insisted on wearing Dad's headphones on the way to school the other day. He gets very excited when he can hear music through them- although he doesn't seem to mind if they aren't connected to anything either. We have also had a good time playing with Miss Clare-Bear recently. They spent some time at each others house and at the playground too. We are hoping for warmer weather this week- the high of 50 isn't warm enough when we have already packed up the winter weather gear (Al Alaskans can feel free to make snide comments below...)

Just another Toddler Thursday

Just a little update from the Keller-Carroll household. The loan for our house was approved so we literally only have the walk-through left at the end of this month. Nervous and excited for the walk-through. We think that everything should be a-okay though (fingers crossed!) During my trip to Boston Margo showered me with gifts including some for Baby Boy (see him playing with the zipper bag below). Bex has also been SO excited about nicer weather and he has been doing an amazing job getting super dirty...

Weekend Fun!

We had a great weekend! We went up to Northhampton to visit Carlos and Betsy and then I headed to Boston to see Margo's little sister defend her thesis. I saw some old high school friends and it was nice to have a little pseudo-family on the East Coast. I came home today and Bex's awesome early birthday gift came in the mail. He was SO excited to get on his new bike! Check him out!

Easter Funday!

We had a great Easter full of egg hunts, cinnamon roll pancakes, an awesome hike, and toddler tunes. Turns out that Bex is a natural born hiker. He powered up the mountain running and saying "Up, up, up!" He loved it!! Here are just a few pics of Bex on Easter Funday. One from the morning and one with Clare on our outdoor adventure.
